Since working VK0IR on 20 meters with a dipole at 20 ft and 100 watts in January of 1997 I've been hooked on chasing DX. I now have DXCC on 9 bands and 339 DXCC entities confirmed on HF. I also enjoy contesting. I am a member of the Yankee Clipper Contest Club. I am an active member of my local radio clubs, the Great Bay Radio Association and the Port City Amateur Radio Club. I am a letter sorter for the W1 QSL bureau. I enjoy homebrewing antennas and experimenting in different operating modes but CW is my favorite mode. Hope to see you in the pile ups!
