The picture is my station when I lived in Bartlett - I still have tower & antennas, but It hasn't been put back up yet.  I had an aluminum plate that I mounted in my hutch which has 7 barrel connectors and a 8-pin for the rotor - which from the rear go to an appropriate antenna. From each radio I have a RG8/U heavy patch with a slide-on connector, so I can connect any radio to any antenna. This was designed for lightning protection. When I'm ready to shut down - I can easily unplug all antennas & the rotor & shut the grounding door. I also pull the A/C cords - located in the hutch but away from the plate. For cw-paddle operators - I thought up a practice phrase "LUCKY FREQ . AR SK" this easy to remember phrase uses all the "squeeze characters" your keyer can generate. Happy Hamming Ray, AA4UK
