Click for more detail... I'm a second-year law student at Cornell University Law School in Ithaca, New York, where I'm active in the National Laywers Guild, Lambda Law Students, and Cornell Cabaret (as tech director). I graduated in 2005 from the University of Iowa with a BS in Physics and Astronomy, My HF operations at this point are mostly from W2CXM's QTH, until I find an effective stealth antenna solution in my condo. Recommendations are highly appreciated--right now I have a second-floor condo with a courtyard that I share with 3 other buildings, and a tree about 50 feet from my bedroom window. My rig is an FT-840 (100W), and the best antenna solutions that I've come up with so far involve a random wire and a transmatch. Requirements are that it either be inexpensive (total cost ideally under $100), stealthy, and not take a several hours to assemble (remember I'm a law student). My other hobbies include dulcimer-playing, mead-brewing and photography, and I am an avid kilt-wearer. Last modified: Wed Dec 10 12:02:07 2008 Does this page contain inappropriate content?
