In 1969, Riki (then K7ADD & now K7NJ) operated from Andorra for approximately one week.  This operation was together with Mickey (then W7GVA & now N7EE) who used the call C31CQ.  The QTH was on the downslope of a mountain top with the radials of the commercial station, Sud Radio, below the Hustler 4-BTV groundplane.  Operation was from inside a car with a small portable generator that ran the Heathkit SB-101 transceiver.
