Hallo I am Wolf and I operate from the northern part of Bavaria near Nuernberg.
My special interest in Ham Radio are the radio propagations in frequencies higher then 20 Mc/s, and also interested in Radio Astronomy in the low frequencies up to 300 Mc/s [Sun, Jupiter and so on].I use for Radio Astrnomie a homemade receiver for 20 to 7 Mc with 100 kc wideness, and one from  110 to 400 c (Radio Sun) with a Dicke swith. Some recevers are used for meteorscatteran meteor RADAR.
I am interested also in IOTA and the history of these islands.
I work with a FT 897 or an a FT 757 GX transceiver both with about 100 W. As antenna I have several long wire antennas, a small beam and several monoband antennas up to 70 cm. Since some weeks I operate on 6 meters with a 4 over 4 element antenna about 15 m high. Here are my special interest in TEP and Es propagations.

Just returned from some island operations into the Lagoon of Venece:
Torcello Island                                       VE-011
Burano Island                                        VE-010
Murano Island                                       VE-004
Mazzorbo Island                                    VE-009
Treporti Island                                       not reverenced (location Lio Piccolo)
La Saline Island                                     VE-013
Lido island                                            VE-032

We operated also from the following Lighthouses:
Lido Island Nordeast Lighthouse            ARLHS ITA-259
La Pagoda Lighthouse                                ARLHS ITA-239
Jesolo Lido Island                           ARLHS ITA-119
Malamocco Island Light                   ARLHS ITA-221
Murano Lighthouse                                ARLHS ITA-088
We operated only on 10 m Band between 28.400 and 28.430 kc/s using IL3/DC3MF
