Hello and thanks for stopping by!

My name is Wolf and I started Ham Radio back in 1967 as shortwave listener, got this callsign in 1972 and celebrated my 40th anniversary in 2012. At the moment I am active from 1.8 MHz - 28 MHz, 5 MHz (receive only), 144 Mhz, 432 MHz, 1.296 MHz, 10 GHz.

CW is my preferred mode, but you can find me also on SSB and RTTY / Hell / SSTV / JT65 on Lowbands.

Acually I have worked and confirmed 336 out of 340 DXCC entities and hope to complete before I retire.

Beside Ham Radio travelling and photography are some of my further interrests.

Left picture: Spiderbeam 20-10m at 40 ft atop, antennas for 2m / 70cm/ 23cm / 3cm during a starry night at full moon

Right picture: 3 ft Offset-dish for 10 GHz (11W Pa and 0.8 dB Preamp inside the feedhorn box)

Other antennas are a dipole for 40m and a L-antenna for 160 - 40m. My Rig is an Elecraft K3, driving a GS35b amplifier.

I am one of those old-fashioned paper-QSL-collectors and appreciate every card! I confirm all QSOs via LoTW and Buro. For direct cards it is not necessary to enclose IRC, just SAE would be nice.

To my friends in USA: A paper-QSL (MRC) for my US-County-Award is very much appreciated! Proudly I received US-CA-500 in 2012!

I look forward to working you soon!
