Born 1944 in Berlin, Germany. Amateur Radio since 1969 starting as DC7CW.

License at starting point only valid for 144 MHz and up. Later on I received a general license including CW and shortwave operation with full power (DL7YC).

QRV now with large tropo arrays and high power on all bands from 23m Band to 24 GHz, but mostly active on 13cm - 3cm Tropo, 24 GHz EME and 10 GHz / 24GHz rainscatter.

QRV EME 432 MHz first time 1979 until 1988 and again from new home QTH since 2001. WAC 432 MHz.

Also QRV EME with 2.4mprime focus dish24048MHz (45watts) , 10368 MHz (80watts), 5760 MHz (110watts) , 3400 MHz ( 70/140 watts)and 2320 MHz (250watts), mostlyCW operation.

QRV with 1.3m offset-dish @ 8420 MHz for deep space objects and spacecraft reception.
