I began my hobby on amateur radio in September 2000 when I became a member of the amateur radio club SCAN International with club callsign of DX7EVM. I learned how to operate/use VHF radio from DY7LDP, father of my fiance, DV7LEC. He also inspired me to become a licensed ham. On November 2003, DV7LEC & I got our radio operator license as a Class “D” (Novice Class). Then on February 2005, I modified my license for an upgrade from Class “D” to “C” (Technician Class). On October 2005, DV7LEC & I passed the examination for Class “B” (General Class) & hopefully we are planning to take the examination for Class “A” (Advance Class). Because of this hobby I began to meet new friends. I feel excited to meet them in person after a QSO (eye ball). I also enjoy exchanging QSL cards.
