-BASES DEL DIPLOMA: Con motivo de cumplir 50 años de andadura, la Sección Comarcal de URE en Santa Cruz de La Palma (EA8RCP), y dentro de los actos a celebrar por esta efemérides, organiza un Diploma Especial conmemorativo de este 50 Aniversario. Para ello se pondrán en el aire unas QSL especiales con prefijos EG8 y con sufijo el de cada uno de los participantes, todos miembros de esta sección de URE. El listado de todos los participantes esta al final. También saldrá al aire la EG8RCP que es la estación de la Sección. La obtención de este diploma es con arreglo a las siguientes bases: FECHAS: Desde las 00:00 horas UTC del día 1 de noviembre hasta el día 31 de diciembre de 2008 a las 24:00 horas UTC. ÁMBITO: Internacional, tanto para Radioaficionados como para Escuchas que estén en posesión de licencia oficial. LLAMADA: CQ CQ CQ Diploma 50 aniversario URE de Santa Cruz de La Palma. BANDAS y MODOS: Toda banda – Todo modo (SSB, CW, FM, Satélite y MGM -PSK, RTTY, SSTV, etc.-). Respetando el plan de bandas de la IARU. DIPLOMAS: Tanto para Radioaficionados como para escuchas se pueden conseguir 4 diplomas, uno Básico y 3 más endosados en Bronce, Plata, Oro. En estos diplomas se quiere hacer incidencia en los diferentes modos no en las diferentes bandas (como suele ser habitual). Cada estación otorgante es válida solo una vez por cada modo, indistintamente de la banda en la que se encuentre. Se puede repetir una estación el mismo día pero en modo diferente, no son válidos los contactos con una misma estación en un mismo modo aunque sea en día y banda diferente (interesa el cambio de modo no el de banda). Para la obtención del Diploma han de realizarse según las categorías al menos los siguientes contactos y modos:

© 10 estaciones EG8 participantes, en cualquier banda y modo, para el diploma BÁSICO.

© 12 estaciones EG8 participantes, entre las que tiene que estar obligatoriamente EG8RCP, en cualquier banda y modo,para el BRONCE.

© 12 estaciones EG8 participantes, entre las que tiene que estar obligatoriamente EG8RCP, y haber utilizado 2 modos, para el PLATA.

© 12 estaciones EG8 participantes, entre las que tiene que estar obligatoriamente EG8RCP, y haber utilizado 3 modos, para el ORO.

Los diplomas serán conmemorativos de esta efeméride, y se enviaran a todo aquel que ha sido acreedor del mismo vía correo electrónico, en formatos PDF y JPG, para que pueda ser impreso quién así lo desee. También se enviará por correo ordinario el diploma en formato papel, tamaño Din-A4, a todo el que así lo haga constar en las observaciones de las listas que remita con la dirección en la que quieren recibir el diploma.

LISTAS: Las listas se recibirán en la dirección que se indica, señalando los apartados correspondientes del LOG (fecha, hora,estación, banda, modo), siendo la fecha final de recepción de material el 31 de enero de 2009 (fecha matasello). On the occasion of meeting 50 years of operation, the Regional Section of URE in Santa Cruz de La Palma (EA8RCP), and within the events to celebrate this anniversary, is organizing a Special Diploma commemorating this 50th anniversary. This will bring into the air with a special QSL EG8 prefixes and the suffix of each of the participants, all members of this section of URE. The listing of all participants to this end. It also will air the EG8RCP which is the season of the Section. Obtaining this certificate is subject to the following bases:

DATES: From 00:00 hours UTC of the day on November 1 until the December 31, 2008 at 24:00 UTC. SCOPE: International, both for Amateur Radio

Listens to holding official license. CALL: CQ CQ CQ Diploma URE 50th anniversary of Santa Cruz de La Palma. BANDS and WAYS: Any band - Every mode (SSB, CW, FM, satellite, and MGM-PSK, RTTY, SSTV, etc. .-). Respecting the plan of the IARU band.

DIPLOMAS: Both like to listen to Radio you can get 4 degrees, a Basic endorsed and 3 more in Bronze, Silver, Gold. These diplomas are to make an impact on the different ways in different bands not (as usual). Each station grantor is valid only once for each mode, regardless of the band in which it is located. You can repeat a station on the same day but in a different way, are invalid contacts with a single station in the same manner even in the day and different band (the interest would not change the band). To obtain a diploma are to be made according to the categories at least the following contacts and profiles:

© 10 stations EG8 participating in any band and mode, for the diploma CORE.

© 12 stations EG8 participants, among which must be compulsorily EG8RCP in any band and mode, for the BRONZE.

© 12 stations EG8 participants, among which must be compulsorily EG8RCP, and have used 2 modes, for SILVER.

© 12 stations EG8 participants, among which must be compulsorily EG8RCP, and have used 3 modes, for the GOLD.

The diplomas will be commemorating this occasion,and sent to anyone who has been a creditor of the same e-mail in PDF and JPG format, so it can be printed who so desires. Also be sent by regular mail the diploma on paper, A4-size Din, anyone who does so, in the comments of the lists refer to the direction you want to receive the diploma.

LISTS: The lists will be received at the address indicated, noting the relevant points of LOG (date, time, station, band, mode), being the final date for receipt of the material on January 31, 2009 (dated postmark).
