I am now retired after 47 years as an IT engineer. Licensed since 1962, my main interest is VHF and UHF, especially with digital modes. I started EME in 1966 in team with F8DO, much has been discovered since that period but there remains much place for experiment. I re-started EME in 2008 on 144 MHz with WSJT software and 300 W out to 2x12 el. M2, now worked over 580 initials in this mode.

I am also interested in satellite operation, waiting for new high orbit birds to be launched.

New activity since 19 april 2014

I am now also active in JT65A mode, most on 20 m with JT65-HF software, FT847 (adjusted to 20 watts out) and inverted V dipole. WAC worked in 24 hours, it works fine ! After two years of activity in this mode, completed eDX, eDXCC (mixed and JT65), eWAS mixed, eEurope (mixed and JT65), eGrid HF JT65 (530 entries), eWPX300 (774 entries for mixed and 530 entries for JT65).

My EME antennas for 144 MHz : 2x12 ele. M2, 26 m above the ground, downtown in Lyon.
