I was first licenced in April 1977 after many years as a SWL. Around that time, I was encouraged by two fellow Hams (David Gi3KVD and Domenic Gi4DQO now sadly a SK) to practice, and practice and pass the Morse code test. Not being satisfied with that mile stone they insisted that I keep operating in Morse, a practice I have continued to date. I am a member of the RSGB and the ARRL I also enjoy QRP operations and became a member of GQRP, FISTS the Morse code preservation society and NAQCC who have accepted me as a Life member.




QSL card are via Direct, eQSL (AG), LOTW, and the RSGB BUREAU.

IOTA - EU-115 --- WAB C61--- IO65MA IOTA EU-115, ITU Zone 27 and CQ Zone 14.

Membership: ARRL, RSGB, FISTS # 15994, GQRP # 14050 and NAQCC # 6473.



Station:- Icom IC-7600, Elecraft K3 and K2 for QRP.

Interface:- SignaLink USB.

Logging:- LOGic9.

Antennas:- OptiBeam OPT 10-5, Ground Plane for 80/40M and an Alpha Delta dipole for10-160 m.
