David John Dunn M.Eng B.Sc. Grad Dip Ed

Thanks for looking me up. I was born in 1943 and first licensed in 1968. I am presently operating with an IC7400 on HF and6m bands. I am a retired lecturer in Mechanical Engineering. I am a member of the RSGB and the International Short Wave leagure No. GW-14095

The picture below was taken on a dxpedition from the UK to S. Africa in 1969 and was taken on the equator. I am top left holding the mic. The vehicle has three G whip antennas on the cab roof. Although we made it all the way the rig didn't.

The next picture was taken in Tripoli with 5A1TK Dave Keeler and his wife in centre and me on the right. I operated there using his call sign.

The next picture shows us 40 years later (2009) with fellow travellers Richard White, Dave Cocks, Colin Such and me on the right.
