Il mio nome è Silvano, ho ottenuto la licenza nell'anno 1991,ma per cause diverse, non ho fatto molta attività radio per diversi anni. Ho sempre vissuto a Torino, ma attualmente mi trovo nella Rep.Argentina, Capital Federal,pertanto la mia attività radiantistica, sarà con il QRZ LU/IW1FC. Faccio invio a richiesta di carta QSL diretta previo contributo di $ 2+SAE. In alternativa via QSLmanager IZ1MLQ.
