I'm Salvatore ,IZ1BWB operator of amateur radio station YA/IZ1CCK,
Brigade Alpine "Taurinense", Italian Army currently in Afghanistan for the operation ISAF.
I sent to the Ministry of Telecommunications Afghanistan documents required
toobtain a valid license for the DXCC

I have been given permission to hand down from command of ISAF with callsing YA/IZ1CCK.

My QSL Card sure 100% via the bureau or direct.

at moment the QSO's aren't valid for DXCC

I'm operator and QSL Manager, QSL Via Bureau or Direct Good Luck!! Everybody Ciao
