First licensed in 1961 as KN0GID at age of 14 (novice), Des Moines Ia, General License in 1962 (K0GID)

US Navy, 1967 to 69, CTR2. Skaags Island Sonoma Ca, NavCommSta Philippines, San Miguel. TAD to Gulf Of Tonkin on USS King, DLG 10, USS Fox dlg 33 and USS Enterprise CVAN 65.

Retired from US Postal Service in 2004 after 28 Years(25 years in Management) in Des Moines Iowa, Milwaukee Wi, Juneau Wi and Cedar Rapids Ia. Moved to Branson Mo area in 2008.

Rig is Yaesu FT 450AT Main Antenna is AV 620 Vertical up about 25 feet. Alternate Antenna is 75,30,40meter Fan Dipole up Approx 20 feet.

I AM working mostly CW, with a straight key since Summer of 2011 (SKCC 8116), Also some digital modes with Signalink USB. Have worked over 180 Countries since Summer of 2011.
