Ham Member Lookups: 11549

Originally licensed in Oct. 1952 as WN1WLZ. Applied for and received the call K1DC in 1976.

Primary ham radio interests have been DXing and restoring vintage equipment.

Photo below shows a very rare 1934 Collins 30-FX transmitter, a 1936 National NC-101X receiver along with several other radio setups since beginning this interesting hobby in 1952.

In October 2011 XYL Callie and I departed Massachusetts to be closer to a daughter, a grandson and a warmer (hot) climate away from snow so we've relocated to Dothan, Alabama in the south eastern corner of the state.

Hope to meet new and old friends on the airwaves from our new QTH in Alabama.

73,

Don, K1DC
