Hello!

I live in "The Ham Capitol of the World", Smithfield Virginia. Smithfield Foods resides here, with world headquarters and processing facilities here in town..

I have a Icom 756PRO and PROII here for HF and 6m, and a Kenwood TM-281 for 2m FM. I run an amp while on my invertel L antenna on 160, a AL-811, and have some good success on that band. Have lots of good friends there!

I'll be putting my Kenwood TS-480HX in my truck, to run HF mobile. A Yaesu FT-1900 runs my 2m FM work while mobile.

I recently acquired a Drake TR-4310, which is a commercial version of a Drake TR-7A. Quite a rig, I gotta say! Way ahead of it's time, for sure.

I've been licensed since the mid 1970's, and really enjoy the hobby!

Take care, and good luck!
