QSL- Great part of the hobby. 100% return
I was a novice in the 70s (WB0YND), I am glad to have discovered the hobby again (Nov 2009).Our clan consists of my wife Eleonora(n/a), Elizabeth (11) , Lance (9), and myself (51). We love the outdoors and live in Sterling because it is as close as we can get to the mountains and still allow me to get to work. We love camping, hiking, biking, and bird watching. Trout fishing with my father in the New Mexico Mountains is the highlight of each summer.
I am currently using a Elecraft K3 (#7462 finished 6/7/13) and a K2 (#7261 finished 3/6/12) into a S9 vertical, a 30 meter dipole, or a 20 meter inverted vee.
I enjoy Military History, WEB Griffin novels, and Clive Cussler novels. One day I would like to restore a Jeep CJ7 but it won't be anytime too soon.
