This ancient photo of Loyd,Iris and me was taken in 1986 at Dayton... VE3XN, next to Iris, was the Canadian DX Association host that night. The good old days of Dayton hospitality rooms at the old Biltmore Hotel, covering 6-7 floors. Everyone got to bed by 2AM and then to the Dayton Arena by 8AM for all the forums, the big flea market and mainly for DX conversations outside the big DX Forum room all during the day ... Times have changed in the past 3-4 decades !!
