Hello and thanks for taking the time to look up my call.

After spending more than 25 years in the mechanical contracting industry I changed careers and became a home inspector. My only regret is that I didn’t do it 25 years ago. I’m married to a wonderful woman who has managed to still like me even after getting to know me. We have two kids although their not kids anymore. My daughter is 31, lives in Austin, Texas and is an officer in the United States Navy. My son is 30, lives in town still and is one of the best auto mechanics out there. I use to work on cars a lot but now I’m not sure what they have done with the engine.

Hobbies include radio, camping, hiking and most anything to do outdoors.

My equipment for the base consists of a Yaesu FT-950 running to a homebrew trapped dipole located in our attic. I live in a condo so it’s the best I can do. I must say that the trapped dipole works OK for where it’s at. If I could only get a rotator to turn the house I’d be all set.

Working on getting the Extra ticket now. As you get older things don't seem to stick as well in the old RAM department.
