My name is Michael Gregg. I was originally licensed in 1967 as WN9YJS, then renewed as WN9ZGZ. Entered the service in 1969 where I went to Vietnam and returned to continue operating as a novice. I have a very special place in my heart for "Elmers" as I got my license under one, Silent Key W9SNQ aka Chalkey in Portland, Indiana. I went to Hawaii and obtained KH6ISA, travelled to Texas travel accomondations compliments of the U.S. Air Force. Obtained KA5EXI in late 80s. Travelled to Belguim in 86 to get ON9BBH, then ON9CCI when my license was verified as Advanced. Returned to U.S. in 87 where I kept current call of KA5EXI. True love is CW as it's a language to itself, when a good fist sends it...not a computer, but a regular fist sending it, that's a true CW operator. 10-10 number of 14377. Been licensed in Military Affiliate Radio System (MARS) sporatically. Still hold KA5EXI. Love 10 meters, if I can ever get back on, 73 all, Michael.
