I enjoy rag chewing on PSK, SSB, and Special Events (working them and being one). These events allow learning and good conversation without the "rush" of contests.

I've also enjoyed some of the most digital modes (packet, APRS, but PSK and others) and spending time on local repeaters.   I also use Echolink, but prefer connecting to -R or -L stations.
