Click for more detail... For more info, please visit our website at... http://www.kc9ich.com/ Hi All, Thanks for the QSO's. I've been interested in radio since I was very young. I got my first boat anchor at the age of 15. It was a National NC-240D purchased at the Grayslake HamFest in 1978. Through college I used this radio for SWLing and monitoring HF amateur communication. In 2005 my wife Shannon, KC9QBC, http://qrz.com/db/kc9qbc was instrumental in challanging me to get my amateur license. We are members of the Rockford Amateur Radio Association and I am the webmaster for their site http://www.w9axd.org Now I enjoy HF digital modes and analog SSTV via a Yaesu FT-920 and a Cushcraft MA5B antenna. The newest addition to our shack is a Yeasu FT-847 earth station and satellite beams turned by a Yeasu G-5400 rotator. See you on the "waterfall" or on the satellites. Please email me at robert@kc9ich.com 73, Robert - KC9ICH
