Hello and 73's we are DCARS Doddridge County Amateur Radio Society. we are located in West Va. the town of west union and the county of doddridge. our email is dcars_radio@yahoo.com and our web site is dcars is a small club working on building a repeater system for the county on 146.955 with pl tone of 103.5 and a - offset. dcars is also helping the community with emergency and other programs.
