I enjoy working as a volunteer for various groups that utilize amateur radio for emergency communications purposes, such as ARES, SATERN (Salvation Army Team Emergency Radio Network), California Department of Forestry CDF/VIP, Red Cross, etc. As of the current time I am trying to learn how to work PACKET and APRS.
