A native of Roanoke, VA, I was born at Lewis-Gale Hospital when it was still downtown. I attended Cave Spring High School, Virginia Tech and several post-graduate technical colleges.  Most of my life has been spent in State or Federal Government service to the Citizen, in the fields of Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering and Radio-Telephony.  I am currently employed in the technology of finance.
