Hello and Thanks for visiting my page.

My QTH is approximately 50 miles northwest of Chicago.

I am a communication systems engineer. I work on research and development of technologies (DSP and Digital Communications related) applied in base stations (repeaters)for public safety and private radio systems operating in VHF, UHF, 700/800/900 MHz bands.

My station consists of a Yaesu FTDX 5000MP+ DMU-2000+SP-2000 with a HEIL Pro-781 microphone as the primary radio (ICOM-756 as a backup) and Ameritron ALS-600 linear amplifier. My antennas are GAP Titan DX on a 6ft mast and DX Engineering 43ft ground mounted vertical for 160-10m bands with MFJ-998 legal limit automatic antenna tuner. Here are some photos of my shack and antennas.

I use LoTW and eQSL for QSL, and will also reply to your QSL as quickly as I possibly can.

Thanks and see you on the airwaves.73's!
