First licensed as WP4JDS in San Juan, PR in 1990 at the age of 15. Technician Class in 1991, then upgraded to General Class in 2000 and assigned KP4JRS. Member of: ARRL, 10-10 Int'l (10x 65690), 30 Meter Digital Group(#3794), EPC (#12076), DMC (# 03289), Army MARS (ACM4KS) since 1991. My favorite mode is RTTY, but also like chasing DX's on SSB & CW.
