The special event station signing LZ1900K was activated between 19 August 2006 and 31 December 2006 to commemorate 1900 years anniversary of proclamation the ancient city of Pautalia (modern Kyustendil) by Roman imperor Mark Ulpiy Trayan for municipia and province center, including right of the city to issue coins.

Were made 10,183 QSOs. Operators were: Boyan, LZ1BJ - 5,370 QSOs, Christo, LZ3FN - 4,530 QSOs and Gosho, LZ1ZF - 283 QSOs.

Kyustendil is a town, born and grew by the hot mineral springs, gaining the maturity and wisdom of a 8000 year old settlement and 1900 years of uninterrupted civic tradition. This is the ancient town with the Roman name of Pautalia and the medieval name of Velbuzhd. Modern-day Kyustendil lies over the ruins and archaelogical layers of whole epochs, on the memory of millennia and draws from them the strength and human experiences of the past. And today, Kyustendil is charged with the magic of the ancient town – a place known throughout the Roman Empire for the Asclepion of Pautalia sited around the curative thermal springs at the foot of the sacred acropolis hill dotted with the temples of Apollo, Asclepius and the Nympheum.
