QSL image for M6RCG
I am 41 years old and live in a small city called Derby, this is located about 120 miles north of London, I work at producing fine English bone china for a company called Royal Crown Derby and I have done this job for 25 years+.

I live with my long time girlfriend of 17 years and i have one daughter (Chloe) who is now 15 years old.

I first started out on the radio when i was 16 but soon moved out of my dads house and sold all my equipment and bought my first house. I have just got returned into the hobby again after a huge break and love to spend a few hours a day in peace and quiet scanning the bands whlie Karen watches the TV.

Collecting all qsl cards is a big passion of mine also as i have a large collection from 1991, so please send me your cars and I will 100% return (no contribution needed I am getting my new collection together and sticking them on my wall in my workplace to make the place look like a home from home shack!)

Going out in my truck mobile is a another thing I like to do and when it is not raining I set up the G5RV up on the fishing pole. I have a good spot that I like to visit thats local to my QTH(see pics) its about 1000ft ASL.

If you here me up there then please give me a shout. Thanks for the visit and I hope to add you to my logg book soon.

My Mobile/Portable station 1000ft ASL

This is where myself and my friends go and set up my station from the van/truck, its a countryside location not far from my house

Its one of the highest spots around my QTH of Derby, as you can see all the large antennas are located up here for the citys networks, its a winding drive to the top with many narrow passes.
