Still not happy with antenna systems. Switching all good, and strapped a 2m Jpole to one of the fence posts. Beats the rubber ducky in the basement.
The hex beam is currently only at about 10 feet between a big evergreen and the house. Good spot, but not high enough..Will fix that in the spring.
The 40m NVIS Delta Loop works great, but points to the east, although I work Australia and some Japan early mornings for some reason.
The 80 Sloped V as well points East. Not liking that but good enough..

Lived in Europe reciprocal licence in the UK op as G4WDF then in ITALY as G4WDF/I5 then went dark(QRT) for 20 odd years.
Back to work for Colllins again and I am Radio Active mostly Digital, CW and a bit with SSB.
