At the moment, I am operating from Norman, OK. Portable from my hotel room.

I'm on the 5th floor facing east, with a Miracle whip clamped to the window sill.

I tend to operate Mobile, or Remote more often then from the home station.

The picture above right, is my wife and I while mobile, at a KOA in South Dakota.

We toured the country from NY to Washington to California and back to NY. 8338 Miles in four weeks.

I operated FM, SSB and even PSK31 and WINMOR while my XYL or son were driving.

Even worked the ISS while climbing Mt. St. Helen.

We also streamed video via 3G internet (When available) so my Mom and Dad (In their 80's now) could watch our vacation from the comfort of their computer!

HF antenna is a home made stealth 260 Ft. OCF Dipole (20 Ga. speaker wire).

In a "W" shape, at about 20 Ft. AGL at the balun and about 30 Ft. at ends in trees.

VHF/UHF antenna is an Arrow dual band J-Pole in the attic, (About 25 Ft.)
