Hello,

Thanks for looking me up.

You can catch me on the weekends early in the morning on 40m hanging out with a small group normally between 165 and 185.

Please scroll down. I've added local weather and solar data.

My shack is the little storage room in my garage. I love old amps. I have several laying around most of the time.

To see some nice pictures click the link to my Photobucket collection.

Click the link below to go to my Car Domain page and see the GTO.

Ron's GTO page.

The FTDX5000 is my primary transceiver now. I use it with the QRO HF-2500DX.

This is a relatively recent picture of some of the equipment that I have in the shack.

Top shelf left to right: Dentron MLA2500, Spare 8875's, Yaesu YS-2000, Ranger 2950, and the old trusty Kenwood 450

The bottom shelf: Icom 756, Kenwood 850-SAT, Icom 7000, LDG IT-100 and Icom 706-MKIIG. Hanging is the control head to the Icom 2720H and to the far right is the Dell XPS-L702X.

Some tubes I have laying around. GI7B's, 8875's and 572B's

Yaesu FLDX2000, Hunter Bandit 2000A,(Carl's WA4CS)and the Heathkit SB220

Heathkit SB200 and Dentron MLA2500

The QRO is a big heavy amp. Built like a tank. You get a KW with about 10 watts in.

You can see some my tune spots marked with a pencil on the face. It wipes right off.

I think it's one of the best amps ever.

On the left is Carl WA4CS with Bill KO4OD at Bills QTH working on some mobile antennas.
