I am Chris, G4BUE, from West Sussex, UK and have operated as N4CJ since 14 January 2006, primarily during the winter months, from our QTH in Sebring, Florida, USA. Prior to that I was QRV as W4/G4BUE.

Our QTH in Florida was previously owned by W2SR (Silent Key) and I am still using Robbie's 30 feet two section crank-up tower to support a five-band two element quad for 10, 12, 15, 17 and 20m. We have a ground mounted Hustler 6BTV for 30 and 40m and inverted vees for 160 and 80m at 45 feet. For 60m we use an inverted vee at 35 feet and, for 6m a three element Cushcraft yagi on the quad of the boom mounted between the quad elements.

I enjoy DXing, contesting and rag-chewing but only operate CW. My wife June, M0BUE, operates SSB as W4/M0BUE.

I am a member of RSGB (UK), ARRL (USA), First Class CW Operators' Club (FOC), Chiltern DX Club (CDXC), G-QRP Club and the Florida Contest Group (FCG).

PY2KW, Nelson Pala was a phys. ed. teacher at Avare' C.E.E.N.Cel. Joao Cruz High School. He eventually became the principal and was admired by parents and students. He taught me and other students the first steps of marching band, volleyball and in the art of Ham Radio.
