Click for more detail... My name is Ric Letson and I have been a ham since April 2002. I enjoy dx'ing, contesting and rag chewing. My favorite bands are 40m, 30m, 20m & 17m and the rig I'm currently using is a Kenwood TS-480HX. I also enjoy designing and building small homebrew projects and have recently taken a large interest in digital modes. I am currently the Jefferson County RACES Radio Officer for Jefferson County NY. If you have any questions please feel free to e-mail me at my address listed here on my qrz.com profile. My Station
This is a panoramic rendition of my station. The image is actually 21 individual digital photos "autostitched" together so they form a seamless panorama. On the desk in the photo from left to right is:
The main unit for the Kenwood TS-480HX and it's power supply reside on top of a filing cabinet under the right side of the desk where they are out of the way. The desk is really more of a workbench since it's 36" tall and mounted directly to the wall. This allows me to work comfortably while sitting on a 24" high backed swivel bar stool. Working comfortably at a standard desk or table is hard to do when you're 6'5" (196cm) tall. 73' Last modified: Thu Jul 9 12:41:54 2009 Does this page contain inappropriate content?
