The picture shows me with a Continental 312E 250 watt AM broadcast transmitter, new in 1957. For many years it was on 1240 KHz at KDLR as the main transmitter. It was retained as a backup unit until about five years ago. I worked at that station during my high school and college days and am very pleased to have it in my ham shack now. I use it now on 160 meter AM.
