Since January 1999 members of the 10-70 Repeater Assn., Inc, Wanaque, NJ have been working on restoring and reactivating the radio room and other electronic and electrical systems aboard the sub. Pictures can be seen at http://www.10-70.org our club home page. The original callsign of the sub was NXND. The New Jersey Naval Museum is open to the public on Saturday and Sunday.
