Licensed first 1981 in Finland, I have always been keen on contesting and building a station hardware.

From 1993 until 2001 I was living under big antennas and enjoyed it very much. The contest bug is still on me but haven't had many opportunities to practise my skills as I have been located and working in Asia since 2002.

Update 2011. Back in Finland with two QTH's, one to build a setup of two-three towers and loads of aluminum, the other one in the city with no intention to be QRV except remote operating the other one. .

Update Jan 2012. 48 m tower standing on 2 m tall rock. 5 over 5 (@ 43/29 m), 2 el shorty forty @ 49m.

Update Nov 2012. 5 over 5 @ 26/34 m for 10 hooked up and working, 5 over 5 at 17/32m for 15 hooked up and working well

Projects:

2 el shorty forty @ 26m (waiting the coils)

36 m fixed tower @ hilltop with a stack of four tribanders with sidemounts + shorty forty (future project )
