Born 1935. SWL 1949-50, fully licensed as OH2YV early 1951. Honorary Member of SRAL (Finland) and DARC (Germany, WAE-I / "WAE-Ehrenmitglied" since 1957), 5BDXCC #12 (Jan.1970 / 3rd in EU), WAE-Trophy #12/mixed Sept.2011, among many other awards, two of my favorites pictured below.

I will QSL primarily via bureaus and I hope you do the same. If you prefer direct QSL (e.g. in case you don't have any bureau service) no return-sae/postage is necessary, I will answer the same way with pleasure. I am not using e-QSL or LoTW, sorry.

My station consists of an IC-7600 and a linear amplifier with Ameritron ATR-30 tuner, and vertical antennas HyGain AV-620 and a 17.5m whip on ground level with elevated single radials for the 80, 40 and 30 m bands about 2.5 m above the ground. The station location is in Valkeakoski (farm estateQTH, loc KP21ah), while my city-QTH, with another modest station equipment and only sporadic activity, is Helsinki loc KP20kd.
