Hello friends!

My name is Paul and I live in the eastern part of Slovakia in the heart of Europe.
I use the transceiver YAESU FT-950 and home made bi-electret static microphone and for a listening to the traffic there is a home-made speaker. The transceiver is fed from a switching 30 AMPs power supply that was used before as a PC power unit.

For the 40M band I use a full size wire Dipole antenna as inverted V.

For the 20M, 17M, 15M, 11M and 10M band I use a Magnetic Loop Antenna (made by Mike DB1JAW), small 85cm in diameter only. Tunning remote control unit is home made. Rotator is Yeasu G-250 with his original remote controller.

Both antennas are cca 40 to 45 meters (131 feet) above the ground on the top of my building. Cca 4m (MLA) and 8m (dipole) above the roof deck.

I got a Novice license on 4th may 2009 and I worked under OM0AKW callsign. Extra license and the new callsign = OM0ET = I am using from 2nd may 2011.
