Something about my home QTH. It is situated at approx. 45 km east of Brussels between the historical cities of Leuven and Tienen and it is only few 100 m away from "Meldert Castle". This castle not only is one of Flanders' finest examples of 19th century Neo-Gothic architecture, it's especially known for its resemblance to "Harry Potter's home" ! As such, ithasbeen used as site for a highly popular TV program. The castle's reference for the Belgian Castle Award is VB-021 and the surrounding woods qualify as ONFF-074 for the WFF program. My (home QTH) QSL-card is entirely dedicated to this lovely historical site.

When I'm not chasing DX, you may find me looking for castle, lighthouse and/or IOTA activities. Digital modes (mainly QRP) and RTTY contesting are my other favourites.

OS4U is my vanity callsign for contesting and special activities.

QSL is 100%.

Many thanks for looking up my callsign !
