Dear OM !

Welcome on my QRZ page.

For more information about QSL please visit my website

I'm Hans, born in 1968 in Weert.
At the moment my wife and I are living in Baexem.
Baexem is a small village in the south part of the Netherlands with about 2700 people.
This part is called the province Limburg and located between the borders of Belgium and Germany.
Since november 1997 I have a licence as a radio amateur.
From the government I get the call PD1AHM
Since 2012 I'm especially interested in VHF SSB. For this I'm using a small 8 element Quad-beam.

Before that I was using even a smaller 4 element Quad-beam. Also with a small antenna I had a lot of fun on VHF.
Lots of QSO's with even big DX over whole Europe where possible, it took a lot of patience but it worked!
The radio's I work with is an Yaesu FT-736 and the bit newer FT-847.  (on picture)

August 2011, My holiday trip to Norway and QRV !

In August 2011 I was QRV in Norway/Breland (JO38UE) and had the call LA / PD1AHM.
Down here you see three pictures of the wonderfull time over there.
Many thanks to Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority to making it possible !

Thank You for visiting My QRZ page.
'73 Hans, PD1AHM.
