Hi dear friends !

My name is Gennady (Gene).

I am licenced since 1979 (former call was UA3AVC).

In 1986 i upgraded my licence and got the call RA3AL.

My station is located about 10 kilometers from Moscow capital in my little house and small garden.

This is beautiful place with beautiful nature and good conditions for the DX and QRP.

I work mainly CW because this is the mode I love the most, but DIGI and Phone a bit, as well.

After December 31,1999 (January 1,2000) I prefer QRP transmission whis Power only 1 Watt in All modes!

I have a two tower of 27 meters UP of height with and 4 elements Yagi antenna by STEPPIR

and a 2 by 2 elements Yagi for 40&30 meters band. For 80m and 160m, I´m using two simple dipoles,

one for each band. On the top there is a verticals for VHF.

Inside the shack I have a K3&KX3 transceivers by Elecraft, Flex-1500 and many other QRP and military transceivers, also Yaesu FT - 817 for VHF.

Vibroplex original-type Bug "Speed-X Model 515 Les Logan CO" (circa 1935).

Sometimes I use outside of my house also ATS-4, HB-1A, FT-817, but KX3 it is all better.

Also every day I work from my old car LAND ROVER, is usual CW, it's my basic work now.

I have no problem to work CW while in motion, I do this every day many, many years.

Here is my IC-7000 and MFJ-1640,30,20 GP antennas + GP for VHF.

I am a former professional military and now I'm a collector of old portable only Telegraph radio special.
As well as radios, which they listen.

Any SWL report would be greatly appreciated indeed. My E-mail address on here is current.

Thanks for visiting me here and please check my website at http://qth.su/pages/ra3al/

73&72 GL&CUAGN

Regards, Gene, RA3AL.

All my best wishes and
