I was born 17 march 1951  in the city of Kramatorsk in Ukraina, but about 40 years I live in Russia.

I the lawyer and now the professor of the right at Radio Engineering University in Ryazan.

Radio is my hobby. HAM since is 1981 but HAM spirit 1963(club station).
