Events at general assembly meeting of International Association of Peace Messengers Cities - IAPMC, which takes place between 24th and 26th of October in Slovenj Gradec. Slovenj Gradec is a member city of association since 1989 and it has an important role, since our major is general secretar of association.
Activities in preparations on jubilee of fifth anniversary of World Wide Peace Messenger Cities contest, a contest that we are organizing to spread a noble idea of IAPMC, which calls for peace and understanding in the world.
Contest takes place every second full weekend in January.

And now, I would invite you to take a few moments to read through my biography.
My name is Branko and I am 35 years old. I graduated mechanical engineering. I am employed as an IT department specialist. Beside amateur radio I have also few other hobbies: I found enjoying myself in high quality car audio system. During summer season I am a kind of coffee racer – an easy and slow going motor biker. And there is my very first hobby, since primary school I have a wild passion for photography.
I was first introduced with amateur radio in 1990 by my uncle, who was already licensed operator. Due to other obligations and engagements, I was not able to become involved in this hobby on my own at that time.However, 14 years later, late in 2004, I passed the exam and became amateur radio operator with callsign S51BX. I am member of Radio club Slovenj Gradec – S59DCD. Our club is a proud member of our national amateur radio organization ZRS.
At present, I have following duties and functions in radio club:
