Hello everybody!

lower part of the HF spectrum - this is my home. Higher HF bands are not impressing me much, it's to easy :-). Transmitting from the northern part of S5, very close to OE land, Alps and high mountains. I'm hanging between 160m, 80m and 40m band. It's also possible to catch me on 6m but don't count to have much success due to the Alps. Never tried to raise 2m yagi here.

My VHFcorner is located in the southern part of S5 land, very close to 9A, far away from the high moutains and Alps. You can find me on 144.300MHz and 50.110MHz / SSB or CW. Locator is JN75PP. Don't like FM much.

Radio gear:

Antenna system:

  • 160m - half sloper with 10 ground radials
  • 80m - half sloper with 15 ground radials
  • 40m - 2el yagi beam monobander, OB2-40, 19m high
  • 6m - 5el yagi, 21m high

Unfortunately can't go higher - angry neighbors :-)

Favorite band/mode is 40m / CW!!!

Besides radio waves I'm crazy about speed. I simply love fast and crazy machines. Here is my American beauty - real American muscle car, Viper SRT-10, there is no stability control, no traction control, just pure brutal power from huge V10 engine. This is te best car ever made, if you are brave enough to play with it, this is probably the most dangerous car ever made!

I can not decide what sounds better: Viper or CW signal from really rare DX station. Viper is louder for suresmiley

---and in the action, tire smoking on the racing track---

Hope to hear you soon!
