I prefer QSL via the bureau! If you really need to send direct, please do include US $2, or 12 SEK worth of swedish stamps and a SAE (NO IRCS PLEASE! The swedish postal administration doesn't cash in IRC's no more!). If SAE or sufficient postage is missing, your card WILL be returned via the bureau. Direct cards may be a bit delayed due to workload.
