Station located in Buderim in south-east Queensland (around 90km north of Brisbane, the state capital).
The picture shows a wallaby mother with her 'joey' feeding in the backyard - right next to the feedline to my OCF dipole. They are right in the near field of the antenna - but not a problem because I always run ≤ 100w - relatively QRP these days.
Currently experimenting with inverted Ls on 160m and 80m - and have abandoned the OCF. The raised radials are high enough for a wallaby to hop under, but a bigger kangaroo would have a problem.
