I was born in Bathurst N.B.1957. I moved to the Yukon in 1979. I was first licensed in the spring of 1999 with my basic license. In the fall I passed my 5wpm CW test and became Basic with Code which allowed me to work the lower bands + 10 meters for the first year I was on HF. Once IC dropped the 12wpm CW test I was able to work all bands In 2004 I found the books again and passed my advanced. Now with my advanced I added a little power to the station. Working conditions are: Icom 756pro3, Ameritron AL-811H Amplifier, Heil icm mic or heil pro set plus head set.
