The "Watertown Emergency Communications Club" is an emergency communications organization servicing the Jefferson County, NY area. Membership in WECC goes hand in hand with membership in Jefferson County RACES and requires that all members be registered with Jefferson County as a Civil Defense Volunteer.

There are no annual dues at this time.
